Calvin E. Webb III
Managing Director - Gradient Solutions Corporation

Work Style

I enjoy working with people. Specifically, I look forward to learning from and with our clients as we mutually address key areas for the client.  People would typically describe me as energetic, strategic, and fast-paced.

What attracted you to Gradient?

I was attracted by the experience of learning from industry experts as well as serving an important base in our culture - governments, non-profits, and higher education entities. All three of these industry segments greatly impact our world. I also enjoy the work-life balance that allows me to spend time with my wife, April, and our four children, Landon, Reece, Cohen, and Brooks.

Experience

After spending time at Deloitte in the audit practice, I spent the next 10 years of my career at Gradient. Recently, I served as the Chief Financial Officer of an exciting technology start-up company. After nearly 28 months in that position, I made the decision to return to Gradient. I’ve been working for just over 16 years with a variety of industry experience and consulting opportunities. I hold the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Private Investigator in Texas (94773802) designations from the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners respectively.

Education

I graduated with a BBA and Master of Accountancy from Baylor University in Waco, TX in 2005. I have also completed a Certificate of Graduate Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Certificate in Biblical Counseling at the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation (CCEF.org).
